Given how close its parked to the next Ferrari over, I'd bet its in a storage garage... the kid is nothing more than a valet or employee driver... he's wearing a coat, so probably in the north... and given the paper on the front... I'd wager its a Ferrari facility...

My guess is that the kid is about to move it, and someone made a comment about him not touching the damn cars, and he flipped them off in a show of defiance... "I'll touch any damn Ferrari I want to!"
