Pics of car wash at NYMC...Can't believe it!

Yesterday I went to an autocross school and I hit a hell of a lot of cones. Some dead on even. I don't put painters' tape on my car because it's a pain (although I might next time).


Long story short, my car was RIDDEN with black scuff marks all over the front clear bra and side rocker panels. I tried for 10 minutes with some Meguiar's spray detail to get it out, but no dice. It costs a lot to replace the clear bra.


I took it to New York Motor Club, about a mile from my house and asked for a full wash, spray wax and to get that crap out.


My god. I WISH I had taken pics before hand. I cannot believe it. The car is virtually spotless. There some light scuffs on the rocker panels that have been there for months, but all of the marks have been removed.


Anyways, I really recommend this place if you have not been already. The prices are very competitive and the workmanship is second to none. Wouldn't wash my car anywhere else.

Maybe that's a new service they should provide ! I'd pay double

 

It's $25 for a hand wash. $10 to add the spray-on wax. $75 for a real wax + wash. $125 or $135 (forgot) for exterior detail. $135 for interior detail. $200 for full detail. And there is some special thing for exotics that costs $375, but I didn't really read what it was.


Prices are very competitive.

No red Lotus here. Why did you think that?

 

Never made it out to that event. Still pissed off about it too.

 

At least your 'Vette will take the impact. My car is made of egg shells. I'm surprised it survived the cone beatings!
