    Sort of. Was a one off that combined aspects of the Turbo R and the CTR2.

    I remember and have that issue.
    Read it a hundred times for the CTR.

    the car was flown from europe ? what airlines do that ? what does something like that run ?

    multiple airlines will fly cars over . This was through Lufthansa. Ferrari will give the option of air shipping new cars. Expect around 10k USD from Europe. Sea freight is cheaper, takes longer.

    Porsche has their own Liquid Metal Silver colour on the 918 Spyder. The blend on the CTR2 is specific to RUF.

    Here is a pic of Alois Ruf test driving the car prior to shipping. Once he approved I knew I would be very happy�� You can also see the integrated roll cage in the A pillar.

    Wow! That is a great story and a remarkable car. How has the engine and suspension been modified? It must be turbocharged? I'd love to hear your impression of the drive compared with your 4.0RS.
