looks great. So did you take it out for a spin?

PS: Since you are taking it to FOA its all clear skies for the week. Tell Mark at FOA I said hi & that the A/C code is gone. We fought that code for months

I drove it this weekend and babied it. Never took it above 4k rpm because of the slight possibility of the belt breaking and ruining my life.
Took it over to my cousin Joseph's house and he warned me that most all the cars sitting outside FOA are service cars. Glad to see that it wont be raining anytime soon!
I will tell Mark that your A/C code is gone and give him your regards.

Its going to be a long 2 weeks but I am looking forward to hearing that engine sing like I know it can!

Looks great! In case you are pondering the choice of waxes / polishes I would recommend the Zaino brothers kit to keep that paint looking great. I know pictures can be deceptive but the shine on your 348 looks fantastic!

Nice family photo - the Mondial looks extremely well kept as well (when the rear bumper looks that reflective you know that car's clean...)

It's absolutely worth the wait to get the major service done right. You'll relax while driving the car and enjoy it instead of worrying.

Oh yeah the 355 rims look nice also, but what I like about the 512tr rims is that they are 10.5" wide in the rear, as compaired to 10" for the 355's.

I'm with you ernie - I like the 512TR wheels better than the 355's. I reckon they would have sold three times as many 348's if they'd put those wheels on them...

Car looks absolutely fantastic - congratulations once again.

    Cheers

Thanks again for the comps! We had fun cruising around for the day. Giovanni's Mondial is Pristine. He bought it a few years back from Wayne gretsky of all people! He is next in line for his major belt service though. Dropped mine off this morning at FOA for my major. Mark and everyone at FOA are super!
Cant wait to get her back!

Hey BT348PBG. I totally agree that Zaino is the absolute best. Not to sound like a commercial but..
I started using it a few years back on my Viper after a recommendation on a forum. When I got the 348 it had quite a few swirl marks.

First, I used Zaino clay Bar on the whole car to deep clean the paint. Then followed up with Zaino z-5. Followed that up with 3 coats of Z-2 the swirl marks are gone and the shine on it is amazing.
    I wont use anything else.

Almost the same deal here. I did the clay bar, then two coats of Z-5, then two coats Z-2, then 1 coat Z-5, then 3 coats Z-2. Outstanding products!

Thanks for the comps. Fortunately the car came with them. I dont know if I would have ponyed-up the money otherwise. Normally I am not a fan of altering anything from the original configuration but...in this case I think they look like they fit the car very well.

No, they are 512TR wheels, and much better looking in my opinion.
