There are four Mc 12 in UK. Two of them are 2004 models and the other two 2005. Maserati decided to built 50 cars. Half of them in 2004 and the rest in 2005. So in UK there are 2 (2004) and 2 (2005).

 

Frank Mountain's car (2004 Model) is for sale at the moment in the showroom of Dick Lovett Ferrari/Maserati, Swindon, UK

 

... Frank Mountain's MC12 is WX54 UDC.... I'd love to know the VIN numbers of those cars... Me and another friend of mine are developing the "MC12 registry"... so any infos on the VIN numbers would be great.
Right now i can say that i saw almost 11 different plate numbers on MC12s.... But i need the VIN numbers!

 

- 4 MC12 in the UK
- 1 in Montecarlo
- 4 in Italy, including a grey one and one with export plates
- 2 in France
- 1 in Germany, prepared by Edo-Competition
- 2 in Switzerland, including a blue one, the one and only in the world
- 1 in Hong Kong
- 2 in Japan
- 1 in Czech Republic

... I only have the VIN numbers of the 5 Race Cars in Europe (2 Vitaphone Racing Team, 2 JMB Racing and 1 Racing Box - Megadrive), i need the VIn numbers of the road cars!

Did Frank MOuntain get the little "mishap" on the MC12 fixed?

I would never buy it seeign that it was been thourgh a "mishap" and it was driven really hard from start.

 

the damage was fixed, it was very minor, I saw it back then,

I'm taking my 550 ot the dealer tomorrow so may be able to get the VIN number

 

... From what i know, Mountain is someone who loves to enjoy his "jewels", so yes, his MC12 had a little damage, now fixed: nothing that involves the engine anyway.
And not as big as the damage on his Enzo: according to the internet, a Top Gear tester (magazine, not TV show) crashed it while overtaking a bus: front fender, front right lamp, the suspension, all the right side of the car damaged.
If i had money, i'd buy his MC12 without any doubt!

And, ah... there's another MC12 on sale in the UK: Bob Houghton, check his website...
(No MC12s for sale here in Italy)

 

There's one in Canada, at Ferrari of Ontario.

 

I think the one at Bob Houghtons will also be Frank Mountain's, it'll be on sale or return with them and Dick Lovetts

Damn thats one fugly car, but thats just my opinion. In fact i think i post that every time i see it in a thread!
