Tim, it’s the Eddie Smith (original owner) car that Stroll bought at auction in 2013 whereupon LS became the second owner.
I've been to Retromobile only once, about 15 years ago. Has the event grown in size? I can't recall that much room available for so many great Ferraris (and many other cars). And the stands themselves look roomy too. By the looks of it Retromobile has surpassed Techno Classica in size? Never mind the amazing quality level. I hope to see some of these cars in Essen in a couple of months' time.
Retromobile has grown exponentially from what you saw; no comparison at all. For years it has been as big as the modern salon de l'auto. Quality is more important than quantity but it has BOTH, I went to Essen 1991 and 2010, I was not impressed at all it is a big shoe box, crude, no sense of decoration, quantity only. Retromobile is a jewel box in comparison. It is huge and the presentation is ten times better, more stylish than Essen. It takes several days to see Retromobile properly. Also it is far more international with people from all over Europe, the US and the world beyond, whereas Tecnoclassica is mostly Germans and Benelux visitors. So next year forget about the Ruhr and visit Paris, a thousand times better for things to do after the show, museums, restaurants, shopping. Oh and do NOT like many of your compatriots or Germans do, choose a hotel near the show Porte de Versailles where the show is located, that is a dormitory neighbourhood, nothing to do, I stay near Tuileries, rue St Honore, a much better lively neighborhood a short metro ride away. There is zero auction now during Auto e Moto d'Epoca, maybe one auction in Essen but there are FOUR auctions during Retromobile (do not forget Osenat). It is the Monterey week of Europe.

Stay at The Peninsula at Avenue Kléber. It's not too bad and has a complimentary RR chauffeur service 24/7. Highly recommended and one can avoid the dirty Métro. Marcel Massini
