    Colour could indeed be wrong, but the modern picture is heavily modified and the old pictures may be too flat. so the true colour is possibly in between.

    Much later on 1st May, 1960 when raced by Gene Parsons. 0706 got different colour paint quite a few times.

    Could the LMC IG pics of 0706 MDTR just be a photoshop/photoedit, William rather than the car actually having been painted and interior redone?
