For a long time it was Judge John North’s and then after Gordon traded 3767GT for the 1932 Paris Show car (Alfa) and other consideration, he embarked upon his multi-year perfectionist’s perfectionist restoration. A sort of crowning achievement to his long career as a trained engineer who chose to wrench and fabricate rather than work a desk job. A true enthusiast gone too soon.
Photos received, thank you very much. I am now looking for photos of 1 of the 2 F40s that participated in “550 Maranello Presentation - Interlaken, Switzerland, 2 November 1996”

I'm sorry to point out Marcel, but this is HIS “relevant thread” HE created for posting pics he finds/sees (& lifts) on the net and for some odd reason others decided to use it for their picture dumping, essentially making them interlopers/trespassers posting on irrelevant thread, but that's how these internet forum communities behave. And let's not forget, anyone posting their pics on the net or "liking" the content of this one are ones who allow/enable threads like this to thrive.

Digging up an older post: 1423 was present at the Motor Show in Essen, Germany in 1989. I took a picture of it, but I see quite a few differences (interior colour, badges, license plate holder). It also didn´t have the round part for the prancing horse in the front grill opening. (A unique feature?) Was it really 1423 back in 1989? Image Unavailable, Please Login
