Rosso Chiaro is a little lighter than Rosso Corsa and appears a bit orange in direct sunlight.

Rosso Chiaro will look more orange next to Rosso Corsa. Good paint shops with experience in painting Ferraris will have older sets of paint chips which will include the Glidden Salchi Rosso Chiaro 20-R-190 as indicated on your paint sticker.

Rosso Dino is a real orange.

Rosso Chiaro, in bright sunlight, will take on a bit of an orange hue as you can see on the rear panel of my car. Under ordinary lighting conditions and to the casual eye, Rosso Chiaro and Rosso Corsa look pretty much the same.

Wasn't Rosso Corsa offered after 1979?? and Rosso Chiaro pre-1980??

 

I don't see chiaro on this list:http://www.nwrfca.org/faq/colors.htm

 

I think that was the case for 308s, but Rosso Corsa was offered for other models pre-1980.
