This picture should want to make F355 owners that have not yet replaced the stock exhaust want to get rid of the big ugly stock exhaust Thanks for the help with getting the Tubi Heiko ! --tony Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I did install the Tubi, it took about 3 hours, with an oil+filter change in between At first I was disappointed because I thought it was not as loud as I was expecting. But then, when screaming through the only tunnel in Monterey, people behind me told me it hurt their ears it was so loud and it really sounded like a formula one car. Now, I am very happy that it is not too loud in the cockpit but screams outside. I do not want to let anyone drive my car so I may never really hear what it is like outside, although many have offered to drive
I have a Tubi on my 355 and it makes it sound great, what I recently did was to put in K&N Airfilters, this really makes the sound even better. Hard to believe that the airfilter actually makes the car feel a bit quicker.
yes it is hard to belive thats because it doesnt make it quicker!! all the dyno tests show that. Free flowing- less filtration- more potential engine damage- hope you dont do that many miles! the stock filter is not restrictive and in fact has more filter medium than a k and n
