    I'm going to repaint my GTB. Does anybody have good pictures of 308 gtb/s with unconventional flashy colors? Even though I probably will go with red, my wife incists, I want to show her some options. :)

    Sorry I don't have any pictures to contribute (mine's red), but I think some of the nicer "unconventional" colors I've seen are dark grey or dark blue with boxer scheme black on the bottom half. I've seen some other members post pics and they can look very exotic that way. For bright flashy colors, I think the 308 GT4's body design handles them better, and that's where you're most likely to see them.

    If you search on Google Images for "Ferrari 308 green", "Ferrari 308 blue", etc you can find a few pictures of less common colors on the GTB and GTS, I noticed a lime green GTB Vetroresina pop up in those results

    Thanks! I agree that the GT4 handles bright excotic colors better and that I probably should keep it safe with red. But I was thinking that maybe orange is a color that the GTB could pull off, since its between yellow and red, which are common.

    Good luck in your search. IIRC, about half of the cars, maybe a bit more, were "red".

    Might be good to have several, "approved" colors, when you start your search.

    Here is my Green Car, (Verde Pino), Pine Green.

    Our friend Barry Cross has one of the most beautiful green 308s I've ever seen. I think its Verde Medio? My car is metallic black which is DEAD SEXY to me.

    I am more and more attracted towards any "subdued" red, like "Rosso Barchetta", or "Rosso Bordeaux"...
    Probably because the last time i'd backed the 328 GTB out of its garage, I've heard a four (or five) years old kid say to his mother: "it's even redder than a tomato!"...

    O.K, O.K Patrick, I'll do it too.
    This is my GTS (80515), color is Black Metallic, alias Nero Metallizatto (or "Nero fer 901/C") the second and third pics are very bad, taken at the beginning of May this year with a cellphone, BUT...the car has just received its new Saratoga Top, imported to France from California!
    The color combo is rather unsual, with grey leather and black carpets.
    No need to post a pic of my "B", she is Rosso Corsa, Beige Leather: what could be more traditional?

    Thanks guys, lots of beautiful colors and cars, but not really unconventional. :) Maybe I'm better off just investigating the different shades of red, I'm probably too much of coward to spend 10k on a off the wall color that I might regret later on. Red is safe.
