    I need to re dye my toolbox, but forgot to take pictures of it so I could get teh correct colour.

    Anyone have a picture of a toolbox or even better, know what teh official colour is is?

    What colour are you dying it Sy? Is it just a re-dye or colour change? I believe the tool case is the standard Schedoni grade colour that they use on there luggage sets and wine cases. Even though they do make cases in various colours.
    If you cant find the colour on here, heres there website link to send them email http://www.schedoni.com/ I have found them very helpful over the years. And if you are ever able to visited them they have a very large wine and vinegar cellar bellow the factory;)

    My leather case has water marks and looks a bit old. I just want to have back to standard. No stripe on it though. :D

    Yeah, Sy I looked at mine and it has no color really, just finished leather. It does have a bit of a lacquer look to it due to age, you know, kind of like a leather bound collector's edition that's been on the shelf for some time, next to the port soaking up the pipe smoke. :D

    It's a bit like your owners manual cover, only older looking.

    Before you re-dye it try Leatherique products (www.leatherique.com) The Pristine Clean followed by the Rejuvenator will work wonders. I had a few discolored "spots" on my Manual Binder and Tool Box and these products made them look like new. In addition, you have it to clean/condition your leather in your car.

    Only thing is, I left it in the car which is 200 miles away.

    Managed to find a picture of it on my hard drive. The case looks similar.

    I also have a new one one which I purchased last year.

    Would they be the same colour/grade?

    It came in the bag. When I took delivery of the car new, the case was stained so the dealer order a new one and it came in that bag.

    What color is the leather tool case, any idea ? It's not the same color as the tan /saddle color interior or is it. I need to order the dye color to refinish my tool box but I have no idea what the color code # is.

    I believe the color is Cuoio (caramel) for both the tool case and owner's manuals folder. That is what is written on my owner's manual folder as made by Schedoni.
