As per subject, looking for how oil lines look inside the 360 heat exchangers.

Have been running Red Line Lightproof Shockproof gearbox oil (previously ran their 75w90NS product) which has cured gearbox grinding (gated car) upshifting from 2nd to 3rd but want to assess the risk of running this oil ongoing re. size of oil lines and particle build up/clogging risk. Will also be inspect gearbox mesh screen/filter to see if there is any accumulation/clogging of particle content here and if needs be remove screen to continue running this oil.

I'd be more concerned about clogging the filter in the diff.
Many articles about this topic - most conclude that running the shock-proof oil in any pressurized diff is not a good idea due to the particulates in the product. The 75W-90NS seems to be a good choice. I ran it in my 308, 348, and 360 with good results.

With the gearbox filter/screen inspected and if showing signs of clogging will be removed (likely removed regardless), what is is seen as the ongoing risk/next point of failure?
