I believe this is what you wanted to know: Front 19x8.75, 5x108 ET18, CB67 Rear 19x11.25, 5x108, ET23, CB67 Don't know the tire size. I re-used my Scuderia tires on these wheels.
Ask me how I knew that http://mortalc01l.zenfolio.com/img/s2/v1/p466899440-4.jpg Me in turn 5... I don't seem to have enough posts to embed an image....
I have an appointment on the 15th. I'm going for Euro ride height. I'll post some before and after shots.
Nice! We are part of the privileged few. It was my 3rd track day and 1st at Laguna Seca. Spent weeks practicing on the Xbox before going out and it really did help.
I have been an instructor for quite a few years with NASA, PCA, Green Flag, Trackmasters, NCRC etc, etc. Good on you for getting out there with your F430. 3rd trackday, eh? What other tracks have you done and what did you think of Laguna? What tires did you run? I LOVE taking students out in my GT2.. Gives them quite an introduction to Laguna. Running 1:37's with a student in the Car either makes them smile and laugh, or puke. Cheers....
I did 2 days at Willow Springs a couple of years ago in my then 360. It was essentially an open track day with the Pantera club (West Coast Racing) and I took little instruction. Laguna was a HOD event and I had an instructor in the car with me all day except a few laps with my wife and then my 19 yo daughter. I was running the factory Bridgestones. For me as a novice, Laguna is just legendary, having been going to the Historics for years. It was beyond exciting, a dream come true, to take take MY Ferrari out on LAGUNA SECA and with instruction put it through the paces to best of my ability. The rise on the front straight and of course turning into the corkscrew took some getting used to. Once my instructor convinced me I could go full throttle coming into turn 6 pushing the car all the way to top of the Rahal straight... all I can say is wow, it doesn't get better than that. At the end of the day I was amazed at what my car, and I, was able of doing. Plus the day was "Ferrari's and Friends" so it was almost entirely F-cars with a couple of Maserati's. Several F-40s lots of 430's, 550's, 360's, 355's, even an Enzo! Some great pictures here: http://www.hookedondriving.com/photos/photos.cfm It was the "08-16-10 -- F-40's and Ferrari Friends event" Wayne
Sounds like you had a blast. Laguna is my favorite track in the World... There's something about the whole turn 5,6, corkscrew, 9, 10 complex that just fascinates me every time I drive there... Cheers.
