    I thought he would be showing off his new car.

    I spent the day wiring a stereo into the 355, which I bit off more than I thought. Hidden marine amps behind the drivers side headlight, so the Schedoni fiited luggage can be used for Monterey. I really opened a can of worms.

    I had nobody to sit at Starbucks with and have coffee so I didn't even bother getting my Americano when I got there Jay!

    Orrie has Scott working on his 355 right now - working on all of the kinks and making it just so. We'll see him in August....maybe ;)

    I should hope so - we're awaiting some new cats right now. What a fun story I'll be able to tell about THOSE at the next pre-meet breakfast! It's like Scott says - it's not the labor that takes forever, it's the waiting for the parts!

    Assuming all goes well (and the car's with Scott, so I have nothing but complete faith that all will), I'll be able to beam with pride on August 26th.

    Also, I was in Portland, celebrating my parents' 40th anniversary, so that made it difficult to show up, even with my ultra-rare Toyota. :D

    I'm up for a mid-week meet (dinner?) in a couple of weeks, though, once I get the car back, re-smogged (successfully, this time?), and registered... Weekends have booked up FAST through all of August.

    The pics from this month's ES are SOOO droolworthy - Corrie would have LOVED to see the Porsche Spyder in person again, as that's the car she wants for herself, next. Not to mention that gorgeous Austin-Healey, the Carrera GT, and all the Cavallini. Can't wait to park with the big boys next time (and to be able to tell Adam to "bite me!" if he asks me to move my car out again! :D ).
