    I think the best James Bond would be Clive Owen, plain and simple. After seeing him in the BMW Films, I think he would be perfect.

    can the bald guy from the Transporter grow hair? Little more Blue Collar than most but more towards the connery side of bond (hard A@S not soft and fluffy like Dalton)

    And Elivs is dead... Don't fret Omar, this is such old news and to why I know about it is sad statement towards TV. I saw this on the news about 6 months ago, or at least I think it was the news. Both CNN, Fox and CNBC morphed into some sort of E channel format. Instead of watching highlights of Pakistan vs India and nuclear war, China building semiconductor cities to kill any US competition, a hurricane about to smash Florida, I at least get to know that Johnny Depp actually ate a chocolate bar to prepare for his role in Willy Wonka or that Jessica Simpson likes eating carrots to stay in shape. I kid you not, for the James Bond news they actually cut into a world news segment. WTF? I would like to think even TV producers get tired of feeding us this useless gossip crap in favor of life, society and wellness featured information.

    Since the news of Bronsan saying no, Nip Tuck guy and Owen were the leading cannidates. I know because hearing the value of the Dollar to Euro is just a ticker blurb because we now interupt this post to tell you that Courtney Love is a loon, feature at 11 pm. "Oh the humanity."

    I saw an interview with Brosnan a few days ago where he said he was called back in October and told that they would no longer be needing his services. Up until very recently, Hugh Jackman was the top pick of the Bond producers for Brosnan's replacement but Jackman just turned down a deal to make three pictures:

    Also, Brosnan is filing the sequel to the Thomas Crown affair which will be another nice pay day.

    Good, I hope now Tom Crusie is told that he is no longer needed to do Mission Impossible films because they found a younger, less annoying actor. I didn't like Brosnan as Bond at all. I hope Clive Owen get's a shot and Ashwaria Rai is the new Bond Girl.
