There's actually a "boat" art car here in Houston that has an outboard motor converted into a bubble machine. A fish "pond" occupies the transom well below the motor, with goldfish! A sad incident during the prototype stage let the bubble mix into the pond, with unfortunate results! A drip pan was then installed to prevent a reoccurance. This was the same girl that lost her puppy in New Orleans during Mardi Gras. "Breeeeeezy.... here Breezy!, Breeeeeezy!" Oh, well.
