I don't like the new stems or the stalk tips. But I LOVE the rings and the shift knob. In fact, I got that SAME shift knob from Ricambi for my 328!! It looks AWESOME!!! Especially next to the gated shift plate. It really makes that setup look good.... Good work..... I agree about the shifter feeling better. It feels more solid, fits the hand better, and is WAY easier to hold onto in size and grip....
