Given the facts that I don't like green cars, tan interiors, or that bottom-feeder front bumper on the C4, why do I keep looking at this car and thinking "Yeah, I could drive this and look bloody good in it..."

I DO like Borrani wires for sure, however!!!

Anybody know this car? Not in the market but curious (348 spider cost per mile not down low enough yet....)

    Cheers
    Kevin

another color other than black that makes clown lips disappear. i don't like green cars but that car looks great. would like to see pics in full sunlight though. have seen a 246 in that color. didn't look as good as this car.

I saw a buyer having a 365GTC PPI being done at Blackhorse last year and talked to the new owner and I recall him saying there were only slightly over 400 GTCs produced (forgot the exact number).

    Correct?
Nice car, great color combo, wonderful sound.

Make sure you get the tools and books.
He was having a little difficulty with the left, rear parking brake that had seized and needed that special hub puller to take the inside drums/outside disc brake system apart to free it.

I do like the fact that the green hides the clown lips.
But if you look close, you can see mask marks from the re-paint.

I'm tempted - but seems a little overpriced, but not by a lot. Anyone know this car?

i know the seller, but not the owner of the car. i have bought a car from erocarwerks before adn they have been around along time.

i sure eric would anser any questions on the car. from my experience, i wouldn't expect alot of fluff or bs in the answers.

the often cited production run for the gtc/4 is 500 units. the cars were built by pininfarina. when new, they were more expensive than a daytona. although green isn't my favorite color, the car doesn't look bad.

I love this car. I want a GTC/4 in dark blue, but this one is really nice.

Those speakers in the back of the seats can't be original, too bad.

They are OEM, but they are just vents, i.e. no speakers behind.

We don't need no stinking speakers!!

I was just overbid on a model of the GTC/4 :( . I think this car is somewhat underrated. Of course it doesn't put the Daytona into oblivion, not even close, but still it is a very classy, frontengined 12 berlinetta.

Like Campagnolo's better on this one btw.

Very nice car, and it's sold now. The green looks great in the photos, suits that model and does hide those big rubber lips on the front.

I'd buy a good one of these instead of a Daytona and pocket the extra $75 grand+.

Note that there was only ONE bid. Seems that either someone paid more than they needed or something funny is going on.

I think it was on Buy It Now for a couple of thousand more than sale price. Buyer probably contacted the seller and had ready cash for the starting bid price, so the seller went ahead and took it and ended the listing. Happens all the time on ebay.

i bought a car from the seller. if he gets a real buyer, he will sell the car. i doubt the deal was done for any less than the buy-it-now, if it was, it was higher than the starting price and closer to the buy-it-now. the seller is a reputable guy, he isn't a used car salesman. he simply sales the cars for his long-term clients as a courtesy.

Back in October or Novemver when I was undecided about a GTC/4 or a 330 gtc (yeah, I know they're vastly different, yada yada), I saw this car. The dealer is about 5 blocks from my house and has been there for years. I thought the car was overpriced, tho' the Borannis, books and tools were a nice lagniappe. The paint wasn't that great (5-6' paint) the interior, at that time, was worn in some places and had some loose items in the cockpit as well, if I remember correctly. Compared to a red/tan iteration for sale in St. Louis (at that time) at a very reasonable (??bargain) price of $49,900, the green car was (and still is, in my opinion) overpriced. I'm impressed that they got their asking price, I wasn't willing to pay it, and didn't think anyone else would either. steve
