Anyone here who knows anything about these? I bought them under the impression that they were just using foam and no oil to my surprise when I opened the box they were literary dripping with oil.

Do you think they will harm my air mass meters? read some pros and cons about K&N filter
so I wonder if any of you ever have tried these.

Also on the subject or close, anyone who have modified the air filter boxes, there is a bit of pipe protruding into the box a couple of inches on carbon fibre boxes the intake hole is smooth. Anyone who has cut the pipe or perhaps tried to flange it.

yes, got one on my 996TT, good quality and happy with it. No idea what you mean by dripping in Oil? Thats very concerning as its just an Air Filter, you dont want any Oil in that area of the engine at all, so weird why they would have oil on them, very confused by that. Mine is just dry thin air foam, not a drop of oil anywhere on it
