Henry- No doubt about that. They were fitted to HGTCs, Stradales, Scuderias, 16Ms and HGTEs. Those and the Michelin Sport Cups are the closest you can get to race tires for the street.

Is the wear index on them still 60, like it was in the past, or are they longer wearing now?

i thought they were 80 or so. they have some more meat on them compared to the mich sport cups. from what i have read, the porsche guys seem to be getting 4-6k out the the porsche spec versions. if the, corsas last that long i'd be very happy.

Henry- 80 sounds about right and 5-7000 miles should be about right. Have you tried stomping on your brakes yet? They really shorten braking distances.

low $500's but they had to be sent from PNA. i think the rears are $599 @ tirerack.

i wouldn't have gone that route had i not bought a set of BBS LMs with new rears already on them.

    they stick like glue......
