I finally found someone who carry 205/70/14, so I bought it right the way.
Although these Pirelli P3000 are better than my worn XWX, they don't match the capability of the Dino. I don't even think they are good enough for taxi cab.

Why did you buy those? New XWX's are available for your Dino....

You need a new tire person, XWX's are easily available, not cheap, but easy to get through Coker tire.

XWX are utter crap, even the "new" ones. Totally overpriced too.
A better choice would be the Michelin TB5 or TB15 race tires which are now remade and road legal.

I thought the Swiss were "neutral"?

Well I have XWX's on my Dino and on my Daytona, personally I love them.

They are period correct for the car and are very predictable on the road....

...but hey, whatever makes you happy!

Period correct is the term. The Dino is a much more capable car than the XWX is a capable tire. I guess it all depends on how you drive the car.
In the XWX case Michelin have tried to fool us. They could have kept the original tread design but use a modern compound, they didn't. When the XWX gets hot (i.e. after 5 miles or less of spirited driving) it becomes dangerous, worst than a snow tire in mid-summer...

    P.S.
    Neutrality does not mean complicity.
