Pista allocation with premium price?

Does sock puppet ring a bell? Where there's one there's sure to be a box of them. FOXY!! I'm thinking yang yang could have been in that box of puppets.

 

That account was from 2013 ..and first post pops up as a Speciale owner in July 2018!

 

I think you could be on the money with that. 2013 seems to be the year when all this masquerading began....multiple user names were created...all conveniently then having a little chat with one another about fictitious events which never happened. Success stories were then created....and the puppets continued chatting about that amongst one another. One thing led to the next then the idea of the 2 to 4 cars came about then BOOM it all fell apart.

I have nothing to do with that person foxy or whatever his name is. I bought an 812 and a pista I joined this place because I like cars. no other reason. please don't put me in the same sentence as that person.

 

I had assumed this was the same kid--this thread is becoming too confusing.

Note to self, anyone saying they buy 2-4 Ferrari's a month is either a billionaire or just a kid whose mommy is out of town with her boyfriend.

OMG!!! This does not look good at all...dunno what to take seriously anymore. Looks like we are dealing with a group BS attack from just the one guy (Foxy). Gotta hand it to him - he's good!

It's a shame there are people out there with obvious psychological issues that apparently feel the need to post BS, and then wait for the usual positive comments about what they "own" to make themselves feel good about life. It's even a bigger shame when a real buyer has a similar experience and posts, but is caught up in the craziness created by the nut job. Unfortunately, these "real" buyers (assuming they are real), will need to provide additional proof to be deemed credible.

For those real owners, it's easy to do, disclose the dealership you purchased from and the name of your sales person. That doesn't violate any policies that I'm aware of, and I doubt sales folks would object to getting some exposure. A simple phone call would end the speculation. Just a thought.

this was a very bad experience for me to join to share my pista purchase. I understand what this guy did to you. but I don't think I should be treated this way as a new member. not very welcoming. I will ask dealer and sales person if I can share info. however this has left me with a very bad taste for this social circle of Ferrari enthusiasts.

 

Hilarious thread, feel bad for the kid with you guys jumping in. But at the same time if you made the bed, sometimes you have to lay in it. How bad can you feel for a guy buying 2-4 cars a month off of a hobby

Maybe a valuable lesson that money and cars does not necessarily equate to happiness and high self esteem... at 21 I did far worse than fibbing on a car forum if I am looking at myself in the mirror!

With this many cars you are quite the collector. Do you house all of them in NY? Love to see a picture of the collection and you out and about enjoying them...gotta say I'd be jealous.

I don't know if you do or don't own what you say, but I have to take it at face value. Show us the collection and make us jealous.

I’ll go on record as saying that Oligarch is being unfairly lumped in with Dansage.

 

I think they are both trolls. Pictures or it isn't real folks.

I found this thread interesting until it went tangential. That said, real money is usually quiet money.

 

You came off in the beginning a bit strong but as I just stated I do believe you and believe that in no way you are associated with 2-4 cars a month boy at all.

Seemed legit to me, but I did find it odd to pay so much to import a 6x6 when you can buy the 6x6 already in the United States. Feel like I see them for sale online for like $350,000, maybe I'm mistaken.
