    With our Pista in winter storage, was wondering if I could ask someone in the community to take a quick measurement of the Pista's trunk dimensions. I'd like to get a storage box in the trunk for the days I'd like to carry along some supplies/snacks/gear, and just want to make sure it'll fit down at the base of the front trunk.

    Finally, something I can do better than a Pista! My 488 Spyder will take 2 standard airline overhead bags in the front, along with a soft bag with 8 bottles of wine and a folded over hang up bag (3 inch thick). Behind the seats (easier to get at with the top down) goes a carry bag size set of golf clubs and some additional bags of wine. If we have to race to the destination with a Pista we will likely lose, but when we get there we know how to live!

    I am not arguing better/worse. Both are good choices.

    With or without the tool kit and flat tire repair kit? Those are kind of bulky and take up space.

    It would be without. I am just looking for the rectangular dimensions of this green volume of space (we can exclude that can tuck under the nose that's out of view in the below photo).

    The pic near the options plate goes from the bottom of the rubber top molding to lowest point of frunk bottom. You would need to decide if the box you are building fits above the indenture at the bottom of the frunk. Shave 1.5 inches more if you go to the lowest point. Any question ask. Remember the cavity is not rectangular dimension wise. It tapers as it meets the low point of the scoop.
