You could try to put it on upside down. Kinda like that stamp that has the airplane upside down, the only one ever printed. You could tell people that it came from the factory that way, would automatically be worth millions......

    David, here you go:
When looking at the driver side, the top right corner of the shield is 72mm from the door (excluding door gap). The bottom edge of the shield is 84mm from the door (again, excluding door gap). Reverse all measurements for a passenger side.

    Hope this helps.

Thank you Paulie, I'm on it. By the way JJ's I'm using the badge from Scuderia in the UK. 1mm thick ones, I've read good things about them. I'm not one to add too many nonfactory things to a car but I previously had a 360 spider and it had the badges and well, I like them ;-).

Yeah, they don't do freaknic here anymore, guess they though people screwing on cars in the middle of traffic was bad for tourism.

Here are some measurements for you, sorry they are late, hope they help!

On the drivers side, the top right corner of the shield should be 72mm from door panel gap, and the bottom 'tip' of the shield should be 84mm from the door panel gap. Using those two measurements should, based on the curvature of the fender, provide the correct vertical orientation as well as horizontal.

ok, I used these measurements and you can have these distances at many points on the fender. Is there something a little more specific on the measurements such as distance from the line in the fender so that I can judge the placement fron top to bottom? Thanks

Here are some pics of after the install my wife did on the 360. She used the measurements I gave above and placed two lines of masking tape, top and bottom, level of course and then applied the shields. She took a quick reference from a 360 with factory shields for placement on the fender. I don't think you can go wrong as long as you are on the curvature of the fender out from the door according to the measurements.

Maybe the pics will help a little.

Thank you Very much Robert. Would you say that the point at the bottom of the shield is an inch off(above) the crease or line of the fender? Also, how did you go about bending the shield for the right curviture and perfect fit? Thanks Again...

Well for starters they could have been installed as this was an option at purchase. Second, why make any mod to a car, because its my car and thats the way I wanted it to look. Lastly, most people don't know its a Ferrari they usually thinks its something else and who cares what people think the cars are.

The shield is a part of the racing heritage of Ferrari and I for one think it should be on all the cars. Its a direct link to the "scuderia" known as Ferrari.

Hey guys, still looking for anyone to measure the bottom of their Scuderia Badge to the crease on the fender just below it for placement purposes. It looks to be just between .5 to 1". Please confirm, Thanks
