I used it on the Heater/AC controls.

Prime first with spray primer, wet sand or dry sand and put several light coats of plastidip spray. The plasti dip is really cool but it is a bit more glossy than the semi gloss paint I used on the other interior parts. The main thing is to be sure to strip the old rubber coating off the knobs first. The knobs are white under the coating but you many not have to go all that far. I also removed the white plastic markers prior to painting. I used an exacto knife to clean the slot of excess plastidip prior to re-installing the white markers.

Caution: The knobs have little "c" clips holding them on. CAREFULLY remove the clips ( dont squeeze the knob shafts or the little pieces will crack off). Also the light bulbs are very delicate. They are not LED's ! If you break one use can use a small 12 volt "grain of wheat" bulb sold for model trains and at electronic stores.
Re-use the little green rubber cover on the bulbs.

    Regards,

    Stew

For sure I would end up with a lot of broken pieces. Takes more skill to reassemble than I have...

I have used the plastidip spray to refinish some of the plastic in my 355, great stuff, lots of light coats works best. The finish is much nicer than factory IMO.

Plenty of guys over in the 355 section have experience with this product, i have not read one negative thing about it.
