Has anyone used a product that "WORKED" on restoring the plastic rear window on a cab.? If so, what was the method used and the product. Not that I could see anything out the back window to begin with, just want to clean up the haze/foggy look.
    Regards.

I found that Plexus worked OK to clear up the plastic window on my Boxster. It cleared it up OK.. not perfect, but enough to see a little better out of it..

Porsche plastic window cleaner or Renovo

Renovo Plastic Window Polish - 100 ml Bottle

I have used both and I think renovo is a little bit better. it is much better than Plexas.

One warning do not get it on the cloth top.

A major issue with Mondial Cab back windows is how they are folded into the top when the top is put down. It is easier and intuitive to fold the window down between the fabric folds.

That method exposes the plastic window to engine compartment heat that the plastic cant handle and it distorts. Nothing will fix that short of sewing in a new window.

When stowing the top, refer to the picture in the owners manual. It shows the window bowed up on top of all the top fabric. That is the only method that will allow the window to survive .

I used one by Meguiars on a '50s Triumph that left it crystal clear.
