So I had posted a few months ago about doing some plastic repairs and hadn't found anything to do it well.

I ran across this site (no affiliation) plastex.net.

Ordered some of the black repair kit.

One of my side corner panels has the hole all stripped out. I used the repair kit tonight on it. This is while it's drying. Will post more after I sand it, drill it and paint it.

Even right now after about an hour dry time it's pretty hard.

Was curious if anyone has used this or something similar?

Best bet is identify the plastic and use the correct repair compound. SEM makes some easy to use stuff you can get them at an autobody supply house.

    looky here

SEM Adhesives, Sealers and Repair Products

Wurth makes great stuff also but hard to get unless the salesman come to your shop

    :)

You can glue it just make sure you use a "hard" plastics glue - otherwise it wont work! Ive repaired my window trauangles, vents, ashtray etc lik ethis and theyve all lasted :)
