Yes, the guy that made them was Bob Rahaly and his fchat user name was ChairPilot. He passed away in January 2014 from cancer. Here is a pic of the 458 clip from the side with my front license plate bolted to it. You can see how the spring mechanism grabs the lower wing on the front of a 458. The clip is very secure - even at high speed. Very easy to take off - just push those black knobs in from behind the plate and lift the clip off of the lower wing in front. .
