    I know you can contact Autoart models for replacement parts. I don't know about Hot Wheels models. Contact the manufacturer....sorry to hear about your model. Were you customizing it??

    Do you still have the part that broke off the door ? If so, try to JB Weld it back on.

    Contact Mattel. They should be able to either replace the door, or replace the model.

    Inside all the collectible items bpxes, they put a copy of the warranty. If I recall correctly, that paper tells one what to do should something like this happen.

    i wasnt strangleing them i didnt even tighten them it just fel off when i tryed to open it
