Please help me on a carfax!!! Id highly appreciate it!!

Okay well you guys have been awful curtious to me in the past. I love the Ferrari and even though I dont post as often as I should I spend a lot of time reading up on Ferrari's! I was very close a few weeks ago of purchasing a Ferrari but the PPI didn't come back as expected... Now I have another car in mind I will be going to put a down payment on. Its a nice car but I thought just in case I should get a carfax done on the car. I know i should pay the 25 its worth it for buying a car but I think really these records should be made public to HELP PEOPLE NOT BUY JUNK! Please help me if you can. Im going tomorrow @ 8 in the morning.
