I have a concrete floor in my gargage which is older and stained. Does any one know of a good product( rubber flooring) or paint that will last and improve the looks ?

    Thanks

There are many, many options. Check out the rubber flooring from www.bltllc.com or www.g-floor.com.

    Hi,

I used a two part paint specifically for garage floors from, I believe, Sherwin Williams. It's not the cheapest "paint" solution but works for me.

However, I have no doubt that there'll be lots of pix from people with *stunning* (and expensive!) "fancy" flooring solutions......

    Cheers,
    Ian

I put in an epoxy floor from Premier Floors and it is super. I had them do a continuous cove base and it looks great. The only problem I have is because I used a Charcoal floor, I can't find anything I drop(LMAO).

I used the snap together tiles from www.floorjunkies.com . At $1.79 per square foot with free shipping it is a real bargain, and looks great too. I've had it down for almost a year and it has held up well, is very easy to clean, and only has one down side. The plastic tiles expand in the sun and tend to raise up a few inches when the sun is setting and the garage door is left open. You can prevent this with some double stick tape that they also sell, but I did not buy any. Some pics of the install...

Your garage is absolutely, freaking HUGE. Lucky guy. I so wish I had a few more feet in front of, around and between my cars. Nice job on the floor... looks great.
