    We are visiting from Kansas City and spending the holidays in Plano, TX. Our daughter has brought an indian friend with her and we would like a suggestion for a nice northern indian restaurant. Nothing super fancy, just really good food.

    Any Punjabi restaurant ought to do it. My favorite meal is Shahi Paneer, rice and garlic naan. And Kingfisher...when it is available again.
