    Someone here came up with that, looked very promising initially, but I recall that early adopters found that it tended to stick to the airbox body, and when pried loose the Lexan would flex and crack. Further, it needed to be pried loose because the clear Lexan needed cleaning from carbs spitting/evaporating gas onto it. I haven’t seen it available for years.

    I read that thread and sent an email a while back but in bounced back. I would think a closed cell foam gasket would solve the sticking issue. Anyway, I’d still like to have one if someone wants to part with theirs. Pete.
