Hi Steve and Carsten, Now that I don't feel to bad about hijacking a little there I'll go into it a little farther. This is an exact replica in size and materials of the car Carsten mentioned, thanks Carsten for your explanation. This car is all aluminum and has al. wheels, leather seat and even the straps you see in the pic are leather, brakes, steerring work, ballon tires and is wired and geared for an electric motor. They are cool to look at but other than a collectable for an enthuesist I'm not sure what you would use it for. The amount I paid for it I wouldn't be letting my kids cruise around in it, HaHaHa. Mine is not for sale but I do know of one that is if you were interested. Regards, Vern

I seem to remember seeing a photo of Ettore and his young son. The youngster was sitting in the mini car.

Hello Steven…. Big progress since last time I saw pictures of your engine (bugattibuilder.com) Keep up the good work and let it run like a real engine.. If in need of more info please let me know. Hopefully the Bugatti forum will be up and running again soon…

Thanks. It has been alot of work but also very fun. That crankshaft is going to be 18 pieces when finished. Should have it finished this weekend.

I miss the Bugatti web site. Sent Herman some of the latest pictures. Sure hope he gets it back up soon.

Did somthing bad happen to the site (Lost due to crash) or is it just down due to growing pains.

Spoke to Herman yesterday. Bugattibuilder server crashed due to high temperatures here in the Netherlands. Is repaired at this very moment. Hopefully the forum is up and running again this weekend.

That's good news. I like going there to look at the pictures of the cars but mostly the engines. Bugatti built some awesome looking engines.
