In the summer I have 1 of my Fcars onn the track just about every weekend, check my profile for a look at my 512TR track car Ferraris & tracks go together like peanut butter & jelly
I do 2-3 times a year. But I had a 993 track car which I gave up recently. But will get a new track car. Maybe a 348C ( 355C would be great but $$ or a TR moded just for the track would be nice too ).
Every chance I get. I am a member of a half dozen car clubs just for more opprotunities. It gets expensive but it is sooo much fun. I guess it works out to about 6-8 times a year.
Ferrari is one of the few car companies that track days don't void the warranty. Maybe it is the only one? Take care, DrTax
I have a track car for track days. In comparisonn, the 355 is way too slow. So mine gets used as a fast road car and for long distances (or pimping - not that the poll wording was biased in any way ). The cost of tyres, brakes and clutches puts me off using the 355 on track too, on top of what I'd do if I smacked it into the armco. For the cost of two rear tyres on the 355 I can buy 4 tyres AND a set of brake pads for my other motor...
So far, more than 68% track their F-Car at least a few times a year. Not bad... Would be interesting to compare with other marques... Ernesto
