Poly Vs Rubber

Where did you find poly-urethane bushings? I'd like to use poly bushings but haven't been able to find any. I guess one can have them made if one has the dimensions of the rubber bushings.

I had mine changed from the original rubber to poly over the winter. The suspension feels smoother and more direct now - the car feels great. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

My mechanic said the only downside is that there might be some creaking sound from them at cooler temperatures. I have not heard it.

 

I agree. I've used them for 10 years now. I did keep the rubber bushes in the koni's - said to make the ride harsh on poly.

I haven't noticed this, but the again we have very mild winters (5-16c) - today it got to 28c - a bit hot for winter.
