I ordered several sets of the universal stuff so I will cut some up and sell it 'ready to go' for $25 delivered (US delivery only).
If you want it send me a PM.
If I get more requests than I have material for I will order more and send it out as soon as I get it.
You can send the payment after you get the product.

    Hi Guys,

I ordered the polycarb universal sheets and made a set for my 348.
I have a spare polycarb sheet with enough room to make one full set.

I'll do my bit to help the brotherhood by making another set and sending them out to a brother, along with the instructions and "squeegee" needed to install.
All you need do is trim to your taste, soak with alcohol and water and stick them on !

The first brotherhood member that posts a picture TAKEN TODAY of their 348 outside gets them free and I'll even pay for the shipping !

Brothers... I told Simon I'll make an effort to get these installed well before the engine goes back in, so that everyone can get my feedback on how it works!! I'll do my best :)

    You are very welcome.

I cut and stuck mine on this morning and it was very easy to do. The template works great !
The 3M film is quiet thick, I imagine it would take quiet a stone to cause breakage.

Hi Simon - I wanted to thank you again for sending the fog light cover material to me! It arrived a couple days ago, and I neglected to send an email thanking you then. Didn't want to forget!:cool: As I mentioned, I'm in the middle of a Major+ inspection and service, so I'm not sure how quickly I'll get to this, but I'll be sure to post some pics when I've installed the covers. Thanks again!! :)

No probs, I had a spare set and I'm just happy another fellow enthusiast can make use of them. It's also kind of cool knowing there will be a 348 driving around in Arizona with something I made stuck to the front. :)

Mine are still sticking well, no peeling or anything, and have also not "frosted over" as the instructions say might happen (but don't worry about it).
    I'm very happy so far.

Just put this stuff on my foglights, and am convinced that it's the best $18 (including shipping) I've spent in a long time. I would like to add to the thread and say that I cut mine a bit oversized, about a quarter inch larger than the face of the light. At first, I had planned on trimming everything into the perfect shape, but I ended up using the hair dryer on high heat to get the film fairly warm/hot and I was able to bend the film all the way around the lights, eliminating the chance of a rock striking an unprotected edge. I did have to put a slit at the corners to get it to lay down flat, and it probably took me an extra five minutes per side to ensure that the film was sticking good, but I think it's worth it to do and not have any real exposed glass areas. Repeating what's been posted, I HIGHLY encourage everyone to do this, and potentially save tons of money... I was pretty skeptical till I installed them, and now am pretty confident that unless I hit a cinder block, I'm good to go.
