We all here at WB have been waiting on this project to be completed. In true vintage style, the customer went with HRE's Vintage series 501's on this 930 Turbo. Spec'd properly on a 18x8.5 up front and 18x11 in the back with Pirelli Rosso rubbers. Not much else to say but enjoy the photos and let us know what you think.

    Specs:

    18x8.5
    18x11

    235/40/18
    295/30/18

    Pirelli Rosso

    IMO

Finally, wheels that look too big and awkward on a 930.

Nice looking car; great pics, though.

I think they work, but they would look really excellent as 17"s.

    Agree.

(So, Tim, do/did you actually have a Merkur XR4Ti?)

I did have a couple of them. And I occasionally look for another.

Nice period correct wheels but in 18" that allows for the latest rubber! Very tasty

    Couple of questions..

    - did you eliminate spacers front and rear?

    - what size rim halves.. outer lip vs. backside?

    Thx
