    When Porsche replaced the 993 series of the 911 with the 996, it was an obvious evolution. The car's aesthetics were keeping with the times, and the power and performance were still one step ahead.

    Combine four wheel drive with a 400+-horsepower 3.6-liter rear-mounted flat six, and you've got yourself limitless fun just waiting to be had. Liveried in Obsidian black, this twin-turbocharged Stuttgart stealth bomber features a carbon fiber rear wing, silver-lipped black wheels and red calipers. Tailored in basalt black and tobacco leather, the cockpit offers a contrasting comfort to the car's get-down-to-business stature.

    While the car is stationary on our showroom floor, it clearly yearns to devour the road. The roads here are dry; and the air is cold - just the way the engine likes it. So we're practically pulling in strangers off of the street just to take this thing out for a spin.     nice turbo... do you know what type of exhaust that is, exactly? the tips are enormous..

    The exhaust is stock.

    Wild interior.

    I believe the exhaust could be stock, but the tips are bound to be aftermarket. Stock 996TT tips are D shaped, or optional morphed quad round. Feel free to correct me.

    FOR SURE not stock tips on that exhaust. Nice looking car. Like that body kit pretty well...not over the top...tasteful but purposeful. 996TT's are AWESOME CARS! Pretty good deals on the used car market these days too and a TON of car for the money! Driven a few of them and would LOVE to add one to the stable some day! Good luck with the sale, that is a very nice looking car!

    Very trick interior. Love that color Oxblood/Boxster red.
    996TTs are a killer bang for the buck street car.

    No offence but it is not Boxster Red.

    There is too much contrast used in the photo and it is really a Porsche color called "Natural Brown"......an extra cost color option. The seat panel inserts are either special order from Porsche Exclusive or aftermarket.

    No offense taken but unless his camera is broken or picture photo shopped that is Boxster red.

    Hey, David... If you're referring to the exterior of the car, then I think something is seriously wrong with your screen's contrast. If you're referring to the custom interior, I can see how it can be perceived as red. But it is, in fact, light brown/dark tan. Our Creative Director, Michael Lussos, is a renowned photographer, and his pictures are subject to his own personal intensity and style. I'll see if I can take some "normal" pictures with my lowly equipment to more accurately reflect the car's interior color.

    Also, to update this thread, I've just received a list of this car's accoutrement: aftermarket wheels, Eibach suspension, Pes ECU remapping, Fab Speed air intake, custom interior, custom radio with satellite GPS, Bluetooth, carbon fiber rear wing, Tech Art rockers and a custom bumper.

    Looking at a 996 interior color chart the interior does indeed look Natural brown.
    Natural brown, Cinnamon, and Boxster "red" look similar to me. Going from memory does not cut it.
    I stand corrected.
