Please help settle a disagreement between my husband and myself.

Was the 993 body style available in 1994 or 1995?

Hmm good question. I remember seeing an L registered 993 turbo 3.6 which would have to have been very early 95 if not a 94 registered car. I take it you lost? :D

There is a short article for the 1994 Porsche 911 (project #993) which appears in R&T August 1993. This was, I think the first of the 993 models.

The 1994 Turbo 3.6 was a product of the earlier series.

It would have been available in 1994 as a 1995 model. 1995 was the first year of the 993.

There are a 'few' european 94' model year 993's.

    I consider 90-94 the 964 generation though. (plus the 89 c4.)

No, according to you guys, I won!! :D :D

I said it was 95-98, he said 94-98. In his defense, we did find a book in our library that said 1994.

This is sooo cool, I never win trivia against him, especially car trivia!!
