Here is a Sunday Owner and his F car project – ParkPlace has a GT on the showroom floor: http://www.parkplaceltd.com/webinventory/details.asp?id=4015

Nice car to look at – lots of Carbon Fiber – it could have been a dream car if they would not have added all the comfort, safety and electronics crap; i.e. made it a striped down version - oh well

So I went happily back to the CS – put it in Race mode and switched ASR off - nice

Let's see. For 460k, I could get the following:

    (1) F355 GTS 6 speed in Yellow (always wanted one)
    (2) 456M GT 6 Speed in Black (I could the kids)
    (3) 550 6 Speed in Titanium (For those long trips)
    (4) Part payment for a 430 6 Speed

I will then have a collection...hmmm, Porsche can keep their GT.

I like your choice of 355's. TS, 6 speed, yellow. What more could a guy want? (besides the other 3 choices?)

Don't know if this is the same one or not. Saw this one at the Seattle Auto show today but it was in the Porsche area not with Park Place. Park place had two Elises and several Porsche and Cobra kit cars....uh I mean replicas.

There were also several cars from FOS, a Bentley and Rolls, a Ford GT and the usual new car offerings from everyone from Aston Martin to Volvo.

Also a few cars from the LeMay collection.

Heck, if I had the $$ allocation for the above, I could also probably get the GT without a second thought! :) - Tim

Too bad Ford used the tailights out of a 1962 Falcon for the backend of the GT. Smaller lights like the GT40 would look much better.

They turn me off so much I'm canceling my order................:p
