Probably one of the best 911’s ever. I’ve invited him on GAD’s but KIAI has banned any more 911’s. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
and a few grey hairs -those types of deals keep one awake at night. I financed once the entire block of Oxford and Cambridge st Collingwood the old Abe Goldberg Linter site . In those days there was stamp duty on loans, SRO told my acting solicitors it was the largest dollar value private mortgage ever stamped! Anyway company I financed went under -the issue was with the titles, the developer group had rented to people, crossing over title boundaries -that deal aged me . Got out of the deal ,much money was wasted moving tenants out ., so it could be sold on
That’s nothing, Wes ounce financed a second hand Westinghouse fridge /freezer. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Just worry about taking your sea/travel sickness tablets- nothing worse than chucking in someone else's bed on a ferry voyage!
I can sell everything and retire now at 43, good going you reckon? Won't be a lavish retirement, but enough to sit around and do sweet **** all and raise 3x kids and send them to private school etc. Can I access my Super at 43 if I tell them I am retiring, that will be better again if the Wife and I can access our Super at this age cause then it will be a jet setting retirement around the world a few times each year lol. She's 37 this year.
Yeah, that's what I reckon lol I would get bored pretty quickly so I plan to work till the day I die. I think I have mentioned that before, I will work from 10-2pm daily. I can sleep in if I like, work 10-2pm, pick the grandkids up from school on the way home, go home for an afternoon nap, wake up, chill out, cook dinner and sleep again lol Obviously will let my boss know when I want to travel with the Wife and/or kids/grandkids as I will only be working enough hours to keep me motivated to get out of bed every morning lol Won't need annual leave or sick leave and won't be doing it for the money, I will be doing it to keep active, keep social and to get away from the nagging Wife.
Just don't forget the enjoyment of holidays -too many of us work and work then retire and can't do the enjoyments we could when say under 50? If you are financially secure -after the mines, find a job/pastime that you would enjoy, rather than chase the dollars.
For sure man, looking forward to another 3 years time when my little one gets to 10 years old and my big girls will be turning 14 so we can start to travel overseas as a family. Will do as many trips as I can before these kids grow up and finish school and go to Uni as it will be another 10+ years before we can do it all again once Uni is over and they are working. Definitely will be financially secure after my mining career and when I snuff out the Father In-law with a pillow over his face, I mean when the Father In-law passes away (in hopefully 30+ years time) I will inherit his millions and that will be proper play money.
Already thought about that, but EVERY ONE is doing it now lol So many cars and so many tickets for sale lol
Take them to Disneyland now !!!!!! You'll never regret it Troy was great fun at 10, loved every minute of it ,......... and so did he
