Just making a list of the "while you're at it" stuff for the triennial belt change. So, I'm gonna remember to pull off the intakes and peek at the back of the intake valves. I think to myself "what if they're dirty?" And then I think ahead, at the speed of light, and IF I am lucky, they will be so dirty I have to pull the heads, and port the heads while they're off the car. Well, I don't know how much improvement is actually possible, but the F355 still is a mass-production car (that is a VIN you guys, not a serial number....) and has mass-produced heads. There is bound to be some hp to be gained, but I am wondering if anyone really has done this? It would be too much to ask flow numbers, I know. Or should I stop hoping that the back of the valves are so dirty that I need to buy new head gaskets.... Thanks in advance, Jay PS The heads would be done by a porting guy who is responsible for countless nataional championships, not me. And the intake and exhaust are no longer stock. PPS Its raining and cold here in case you couldn't tell.
