I recently purchased a 2019 Portofino and have a question about the damper settings. My car has the Magnaride option and from reading the owners manual it sounds like there are 3 levels of damper settings with the dampers being softest in the Comfort mode, a bit firmer in Sport mode and even firmer in the ESC off mode. Is that a correct assumption? My dealer seemed to think that the ESC off mode does not firm up the dampers any more than the Sport mode, but wasn't completely sure. Thanks in advance!

I just read that section of the Owner's Manual and it is indeed unclear. Fortunately my 2019 does not have MagneRide so I don't have to sort that out.

The manual was translated from the original Italian by someone of questionable translating ability. You will find the gas tank capacity given as 20 quarts. Wheel torque is given as 73.8 and 88.5 with ft-lbs and lb-ft mixed up (pound-feet is correct for torque). The information for the fuse box under the passenger's feet is useless. Happy motoring!

I have a Porto with magnaride and have tried the suspensions. There is a difference between comfort and sport but it does not get any firmer with the ESC off option. You can choose the comfort option with the sport mode too.

    Hope this helps

Just getting back to checking this thread, thanks for the replies! I was curious about this as I'm planning to do a couple of track days and wanted to get a feel for how many levels of damper adjustments there were. I raced cars for many years (mainly formula cars with a bit of GT3 and GT4 thrown in), but now I just do a bit of driver coaching for the car clubs I belong to. This is my first Ferrari and frankly I wasn't expecting it to handle as well as it does for a "GT car". And while it's not a track car per se, I think this thing will be a lot of fun on a track.
