I see several companies offer tunes for the M. Does anyone have any experience they can share?

I have been advised that Novitec are apparently preparing a Porto M catalogue and it should be released in less than a month . I guess this will include suspension , wheels , exhaust and Tune etc , I’m looking forward to seeing a video on the exhaust !
I've also been advised that Novitex USA is not returning emails or phone calls. I've had spacers on order through an independent shop for 6 months and they wont get back to them and the Ferrari dealer is trying to order a wiring harness and they are MIA....
