    My 2019 Portofino seems to have lost significant voice recognition sensitivity. I was always able speak in a normal voice tone and have it more or less work properly, but now I must yell the commands. I'm assuming there is something either wrong with the mic or maybe something is blocking it. Does anyone know where the mic is located? Has anyone had this issue? If so, what was the fix. TIA

    I’ve never used it , not sure what you would use it for if you have Apple car play . I’m sure the mic is at the top near the door unlock , maybe it’s got dust in that’s the usually problem
