Possibly moving to Tallahassee, Florida

Can anyone recommend a good Ferrari mechanic in the Tallahassee, Florida area.

I might be moving up there and need to make sure my F355 is properly taken care of.

Your advice would be definitely appreciated

I think you are looking at Ferrari of Central FL or Ferrari of Atlanta, each about 250 miles from Tallahassee. Both are reputable.

 

I lived in Tallahassee a year and a half ago and unless someone new has opened a shop, there is none I would take mine to...I did everything myself.

There is a shop in Panama City called Smith Motorworks (owner David Smith) who does work on Ferrari's / Lambo's and owned (at the time) a 355 Spyder. I know of a couple F-Chat people who've had their cars worked on there and no negative comments.

While it's little bit longer drive than FoA or FoCF, there is European Road and Racing (Karl Troy) in Charleston (SC).

 

Omega motorsports in Jax might be closer.

 

A long way if the car is un-driveable.

 

Omega Motorsports in Jacksonville is closer. Steve is reputable.

 

Completely forgot about Omega!

 

In Osteen, just south of Daytona. Ask for Bill, he has a transporter too.

If you move to Tallahassee...this will actually work out better for you. You'll get to know your Ferrari a little better and save some $$ in the process. Your car may be on stands in your garage for 4 weeks versus 1 in the shop, but...
