    I thought there was a thread like this, but I couldn't find it.

    Post your various recipies for your Ribs/Brisket/Chicken/Steaks/etc:

    Did my first legit rib smoke last week and turned out pretty well. I haven't really worked out precise measurements, but my ingredients were:

    Dark Brown Sugar
    Granulated Sugar
    Onion Powder
    Garlic Powder
    Ground Pepper Meddly
    Ground Black Pepper and Garlic
    Cayenne Powder
    Chili Powder
    Dash of Ginger
    Dash of Salt

    Simple dry rub. Came out really good. Thinking of adding cinnamon next time and 30-45 minutes left sprinkling on some extra to get a nice crust.

    IIRC, UroTrash started the He-man food thread & powerpig, the saucy one.

    I appreciate a dry rub - botched one badly recently as lid to Cumin container fell off while I was adding what was supposed to be a wee bit o' that and sifting other contents with spoon - though a comedic moment, didn't get enough Cumin out. Yow.
