Posting Race Comments..? What're the Rules?

OK, for the past year a good buddy and myself have gotten together during the week just after the F1 race to watch it on his TiVo. It looks like I may not be able to see the first race for a couple of weeks as he's taking a long trip. And yes I do plan on waiting to watch it when he gets back. The only thing better than F1 is F1 with best friends!

My question is this. What are the rules for posting race related info? I don't want to stay away from F-Chat for TWO WHOLE weeks! But, I also would hate to be logging into the board and see a new thread title under Racing like I KNEW Sato would win one day! You get the idea.

Do I need to stay away? Or, can I peruse the other postings with out having to worry about spoilers?

Some post always gives it away. It is inevitable. As a moderator I can keep an eye on things, but there is a limit.

Personally I couldn't bare the suspense anyway. I would have to look up the results eventually.

 

HERE IS THE FIRST SPOILER:

Ferrari 1 - 2!!! 5 more days to go.

I t does not matter if you check the results or not... Ferrari will win.

 

I think all it needs is a collective topic E.g. "Melbourne Race Results" and post comments inside. Of course this may not prevent someone creating a separate topic for "I knew Sato would win"

 

Brian typically does this for us, it keeps us sane. However, there are the occassional post in General Ferrari discussion which says "Way to go Ferrari!" so... I just stay away until late Sunday night / Monday morning when I can catch the replay.
